This multidisciplinary event will consider the role of primary care providers, surgery and new pharmacotherapy agents for the treatment of Type II Diabetes.

Program Objective

To learn about the treatment path for severe Type II Diabetes and the impact of surgical intervention.

Who should attend?

Physicians and nurses who care for a range of patients with Type II Diabetes and patients exhibiting 'Metabolic Syndrome': obesity, hypertension, and/or dislipidemia; in conjunction with their diabetes.
